SHIPPING POLICY
- Delivery Timeframe: 3-9 business days
- Shipping Method: We will ship your order via our preferred courier partner.
- Customer need to pay 'return to origin' charges if the product is returned back to us and you need the product to be shipped again. ('Return to origin' charges vary based on the product weight, dimension of package, shipping partner, etc. Loomee store committed to provide minimum possible 'return to origin' charges).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Mandatory Requirement: Return is applicable only if the product is damaged by us or during shipping. To qualify for a return or exchange, an unboxing video is required. This video must show the entire process of opening the package, from breaking the seal to the end, without any edits, cuts, or filters.
- No Exceptions: Without a full, unedited video proof, your return request will be declined immediately.
- Damage Responsibility: We cannot accept responsibility for products damaged due to your handling. Only products with damage proven in the unboxing video will be considered for return or exchange.
- Original Condition Required: For returns, please ensure the product is in its original condition, with all original packaging, including jewelry boxes.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned product, allow 5 business days for the refund to be credited back to the bank account used for purchase.
